4K Cinematic Experience
in the Blue Ridge Mountains
For this Banner Elk home to be considered a “complete” retreat, the team at CO-DA installed a home theater that matched the greatness of this 10,000 square foot home along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Now, this underground room has become one of the most trafficked in the house, and for good reason.
As this home was perched atop a mountain, we knew sound would be an integral focus in this design. We installed Dolby Atmos to create a sphere of sound that completely envelops the listener in the most realistic audio you’ve ever heard.
From a 4k laser projector, acoustic treatments, and mood lighting controlled with a flick of the switch, to a massive130-inch high contrast screen that takes games, movies, and hit shows to the next level, this is a theater room that rivals any real-life cinema.
