In 2025, CO-DA experienced a leadership transition as Rob stepped away from his role as COO and as a partner to pursue a calling in public service. As Rob and Chris reflected on the growth of the company and their shared desire to impact the world for Jesus, they embraced this new direction with gratitude and support. Though their careers have taken different paths, the bond formed through years of building CO-DA remains strong — a brotherly like friendship that continues to this day.
