The Sanctuary Summit residence in Banner Elk, NC, is without a doubt, the most automated home along the Blue Ridge Parkway. For their complete home automation overhaul, we needed a system that would match their unparalleled mountain views and reach every corner of their 10,000 square foot home. Seated at 5,000 ft. above sea level, this impressive home has the highest elevation along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Perhaps one of the coolest features of this home is the hidden subwoofers in the kitchen island, in the floor under vents, as well as in the stone columns—aptly disguised as faux stone. Heard but not seen, the sounds from these subs amplify through every room. To increase ambiance throughout the space, accent lighting was added to every corner of the home, adding an extra layer of depth and sophistication.

We implemented a Savant System throughout the entirety of the space and ensured the utmost security with a Honeywell system and Luma Surveillance System. While every room is a masterpiece, their home theater room is unmatched. To play it up to its best advantage, a wolf cinema 4k laser projector was installed complete with a screen innovations black diamond 130-inch screen. To top it off, Savant Shades were installed in every bedroom, ensuring maximum lighting control along with a lighting control system.
